How to transform a scarf into a boho handbag

Hello...

Wanna show you how I transform my scarf into a DIY boho handbag.. Let's see how I do it!

Step 1 : Prepare your scarf

Step 2: Tie a knot in every corner of your scarf ( about 10 cm)

Step 3: Make 4 knots like this

Step 4: Take 2 knots, then tie another knot at the end (into 1 knot). See pictures below!

Step 5: Tie all 4 knots into 2 new knots

Here you go..... a boho handbag made by your beautiful silk scarf

Flea Market To Sell Fashion Stuff, Orchard

I have done a few flea market events at Orchard, Singapore where I sold my new & second hand fashion stuff and earned a few bucks from the events. I enjoyed my own flea market & enjoyed my own earning too!! I always feel so excited to sell stuff!! The rental is normally about $50-$60 per day (1 table, 1 chair), you can put your stuff on the floor too, bring your own hanger rack, make it like a real deal flea market and I'm keen to find a partner!

Botanical Garden & Vintage Dress

Botanical Garden in Singapore is a very beautiful place. No wonder so many couples go there for pre-wedding photo.


I went there last year and I wore my vintage floral dress with my black forest-floral ribbon bag :)

Taken a year ago when my hair was still curly and blond (oh well, light brown actually). These are my babies (bags) & I love all of them! They are classy & very vintage-ish. I love leather bags because they are long lasting, classy & elegant! I can carry it everywhere & it matches all of my outfits very well :)

I'm travelling, what is inside my luggage?

Hello....


I'm super duper happy because tomorrow, 25-05-2012, I'm flying off to Hong Kong & Macau for short holiday (3 days) to celebrate my birthday & shoopppppppp til I drop, well not me ('til drop) but my husband, lol!!!

Curious what's inside my cute pink polka dots luggage & hot red hand bag??

Check it out!!! I hope I won't amaze you too much, but wait, well... nothing for you to amaze though!

My super cute mini luggage, I heart this luggage <3 and it's a cabin size too :)

I packed 4 sets of outfit:

Outfit 1: White Tee + Jeans Short
Outfit 2:White Floral Romper
Outfit 3:Vintage Floral dress
Outfit 4:Hot Pink Vintage Maxi Dress

I also packed 2 sets of pink color PJs, a princess towel, bikini & cute underwears :)

Toiletries: I packed alot because I need all of it!!! but I packed smartly, I put everything (cream, cleanser, serum, mask, vitamin, BB Cream, etc) in colorful tiny travel containers :)

See what I packed:

Face : Olive Oil (to remove my waterproof mascara & make up), Cotton Wipe, Face Scrub, Cleansing Cream, Eye Cream, Face Serum & Face Cream

Body: Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Sun Screen & Vitamins

Hair: Shampoo, Hair Mask, Hair Serum, Comb, pink rubber band & Hair Wax (the one in hot pink)

Mouth: Toothbrush (I'll put later), Toothpaste, Mouth Wash, Floss & Retainer

Eyes : 1-day contact lenses & glasses

Mini hair dryer is a MUST. Without this, drying my super long hair (belly button length) is a disaster, especially if I wash my hair at night, it takes many hours to dry!! Plus I can't be always 100% sure if hair dryer is available at the hotel room... Sometimes, it not available!!! Be safe than SORRY!!!

My hand bag is gonna be this shiny hot red bag, I just love the bright color!! It's a happy holiday afterall, so why not to carry something loud? I'm going with my husband and my Singaporeans family (sis in law with her husband and her 4 kids, mum in law & auntie in law) Big Family Holiday!

Unlike other ladies, I don't put my make up stuff in my hand bag. Reason is I don't need to touch up & bother to touch up my make up!! Plus, it's gonna be heavy to put extra load in my bag!

See what I packed:

Hand Fan (I hate sweating), Umbrella (I hate sunny day, I have too much freckles), Pen, Mirror+Comb, Wallet, Scarf, MRT/train Card, Home Keys, Torch Light with super loud alarm (you know just in case..), Baby Powder (I can't live without this, I just feel like touching up with baby powder whenever I feel sweaty and oily), Wet Tissues (it is a must, I hate dirty), Tissues (I can't live without this too), Sun Glasses, Camera, Passport, Earpiece and of course my beloved Iphone :)
