I LOVE BALI

I LOVE LOVE LOVE BALI!!!! Don't you too?? I visited Bali a few times and I always want to come back :)
I visited Tanah Lot in Bali and you see the white spot on my forehead? It's the blessing I got from a prayer at Tanah Lot during the praying ceremony :)

Tanah Lot means "Land" in Balinese, the temple sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide.

The Tanah Lot temple was built and has been a part of Balinese mythology for centuries. The temple is one of seven sea temples around the Balinese coast. Each of the sea temples were established within eyesight of the next to form a chain along the south-western coast. However, the temple had significant Hindu influence.

Enjoying my spicy BBQ sweet corn (Indonesian style). Yummy!

Wonderful rice field!

Bali Temple

@ Tanah Lot, you see the wonderful huge rocks behind me?

An algae from the sea @ Tanah Lot

A place to worship

You see the yellow scarf wrapped around my hips? It's a must when you enter the holy temple. It's part of the traditions. Well, you can't have your period (for women) to enter this temple and yes, no revealing clothes too, meaning no mini skirts, shorts, or anything sexy. It's to respect the Gods in the temple

I was so amazed!!

Bathing with holy water washes away sins and bad lucks, so you can reborn as clean as a baby after bathing in this pool filled with red and yellow flowers. It renews you with a new sinless life! Oh the water felt great, cool & refreshing!

Holy water in the temple brings luck!

Bali, I'm coming again.. Hopefully next time, when I come back, I will bring my new family member. Just Pray for me!!

LOVES,
Netty
