Healthy Diet for Fertility & Endometriosis

Ladiesssss...

I just wanna say please please don't take your health for granted..

I once used to take my health for granted, I thought I was healthy, I drank, I ate unhealthy fast foods, I skipped meals, I didn't exercise and I ate rubbish foods! and I thought I was okay until I got married and was diagnosed with ovarian cysts & endometriosis when I was trying to conceive.. I blamed my bad lifestyle! and my surgery was like a life changing experience for me, after having my surgery, I determined to change my lifestyle! I'm starting to eat healthy!! and yes I'm so determined to conceive!

See what I consume for daily basis:

1) Plenty of water (I say no to soft drinks)
2) Bee Propolis or Royal Jelly (I alternate it)
3) Bird Nest (twice in a week, bird nest is good for recovery & to regenerate healthy cells, and it's proven! whenever I got sick, I drank a bottle of bird nest every day and I recovered very fast, yes.. it's good for speed recovery)
4) Cut down carbohydrate foods (this is super hard cos I'm a typical Asian who eats lots of noodles & rice, but I try to eat just one carbo meal a day, normally in the morning)
5) Lots of Fruits
6) Lots of Vegetables (I'm trying hard as I'm not a big fan of vegetables)
7) Multi Vitamins (with 400 gm of folic acid)
8) Omega3-Fish Oil capsule
9) Green Tea (every morning)
10) Healthy Snacks (sweet corn, sweet potatoes, fruits, boiled nuts)
11) Honey & Lemon (whenever I feel like drinking something sweet)

don't forget to do:

12) Light Exercise (30 minutes walking daily)
13) Sex on day 12,14,16,18 of your period cycle to maximize the chance, every other day is good enough!

What I avoid:

1) Fried Foods
2) Junk Foods
3) Soy Products (I heard it's bad for endometriosis sufferer)
4) Bread (try to avoid too much carbo)
5) Seafood except fish (our family believes that seafood is bad because it can cause allergy & it's also full of toxins)
6) Milk, Egg, Cheese (bad for endometriosis sufferer because it stimulates hormone)
7) Soft Drinks
8) Processed Foods (yes including snack bars, crackers, chips, etc)
9) Can Foods (yes this as well, it's still considered processed foods, no?)
10) Less Meats

Another thing is to eat anything everything in moderate, not too much not too little!!

Grab your healthy dinner now!!! I'm a typical Asian lady who doesn't really like to eat raw vegetables like salad, so I opt for a full of vegetables soup in my own Asian style :)


So, please ladies, stay healthy!! eat healthy before it's too late!!! You will never know what would happen in the future! So, stay healthy & go for women medical check up that includes reproductive check up!
