Hello beautiful...
This beauty entry is dedicated to beautiful ladies out there who would love to know what is the STEP BY STEP beauty routine...
The skin care products I'm using right now is from Laneige, a very well known Korean brand. The reason I'm using Laneige Water Bank series is simply because I need good moisturiser during my pregnancy.. My face can get really dry one day and oily in the other day (yes, blame the hormones). Obvious enough, I can not use any whitening or anti-wrinkle products because I'm too afraid if it could have some effects on my pregnant body.. Well, the bottom line is I JUST need good moisturiser!
Searching the right products can be quite stressful, especially I really want to make sure that the skin care products I'm using are safe for my little bun..
Then one day, I emailed both Laneige & Clarins to find out if their products are safe for pregnant ladies and I'm glad to know that both replied me that their products are safe for pregnant women... :)
Here's the step by step beauty regime I'm suggesting ladies to follow:
Before you try any beauty routine, always make sure that your face is CLEAN, if your face is not clean enough, beauty/skin care products can clog your pores and cause breakouts (you don't want that, don't you?), so make sure your face is super clean! You can wash your face using cleaning foam or face cleanser but make sure it's gentle enough for your face!
Step 1: Laneige Power Essential Skin Refiner. This toner is to eliminate impurities in the pores & remove keratin for clear and transparent skin. You can use a cotton pad to apply on your face. I would highly recommend you to use face toner if you are someone who uses BB cream or liquid foundation on daily basis.. Toner can definitely help you to clean your pores deeply from excessive make-up
Step 2: Laneige Balancing Emulsion, it helps to control excess sebum and balance hydration for clear transparent skin. A little bit of this is enough for your whole face. Apply this after Step 1
Step 3: Laneige Water Bank Essence. This face serum provides long lasting hydration. Apply this after Step 2
Step 4: Laneige Water Bank Gel Cream, hydrating gel type cream that supplies moisture and soothes the skin with a non-sticky, refreshing texture. Apply this after Step 3 in the morning
Step 4: Laneige Water Sleeping Pack.. This leave-on sleeping mask gives intensive hydration, vitality and brightening effect during sleep. I would highly recommend this if you sleep in an air-conditioned room. Apply this after Step 3 at night before you go to bed
How to apply:
Step 1 : Using cotton pad
Step 2, 3 & 4: Using your fingers to dab a small amount of product gently into your skin
I'm really happy with Laneige Water Bank range because I wake up every day with soft-clear complexion :) So I know the products work well :)
Always have a good skin care routine in hand to maintain beautiful complexion.. It only takes 5 minutes to be kind to your skin :)
Stay Beautiful

Twilight Breaking Down Movie Preview @ Golden Village City Square
Hello everyone...
Thanks to OMY.SG for a pair of Twilight Breaking Down tickets, me & my husband went to our long-waited Breaking Down movie preview at Golden Village, City Square (Level 5/Nearest MRT: Farrer Park) on last Saturday, 24th Nov..
The new GV multiplex is really awesome (based on our experience). It houses six cinemas auditoriums with a total seating capacity of 1082 and one of the auditoriums is an unique and intimate 42-seater 'Couple's Cinema'. The six cinemas have stadium seating, comfortable leg room, crystal clear 2K digital projection, 7.1 Dolby digital sound & premium-grade EAW speakers from the US.
Even my husband who is always complaining about cinemas commented that "Wow, I love this cinema, I can sit comfortably, the sound is crystal-clear and most importantly, it smells so brand-new" (you know why he said "it smells so brand-new"? because he used to complain that old cinemas have that kind of smell like old soaked wet laundry, lol, I don't get it though about how does old wet laundry smell like, lol!) But he really loves this new GV cinema!
Anyway, the whole movie-watching experience was real great and we will surely return to GV, City Square to watch again.. Next time round, we must try the couple cinema.. :)
Our tickets ^^ I was very excited because I had been waiting for this last twilight movie for so long...
Great-looking Golden Village, isn't it??
Snacks are big MUST...
Tell me I am childish, but I love TOYS, yes I do!!
Whoa!! Let's try this next round!!
Coca-Cola will always be our favourite movie-date-drink :)
Our popcorn... Really Really good, I swear!!
Waiting with full excitement... Already imagining cool vampires & hot wolves... (**drooling**)
Super Comfy & Cozy seat...

10 minute Fresh & Natural Look
Hello everybody....
It has been extremely long since my last post on beauty/make up related topic and I'm now ready to be pretteyyy again (oh well, my energy level is back to normal and I feel less pregnant now, except the not-so-little bump that reminds me there's somebody growing inside me :D )
I'm now so so into fresh & natural look make up and I think it's really suitable for ayoung pregnant woman like me, HA-HA!! I'm thinking maybe it would be a little inappropriate for a pregnant woman to wear heavy make-up, anyway...that's not my point, I just wanna say that every lady can wear this 10 minute fresh & natural look, it's quick, natural & it enhances your already-pretty-face :)
I have to say I love this look the most & I wear this look every time I go out ^^ and I look so much better, a 10 minute effort that changes my whole look, so it's worth your 10 minutes, isn't? and at least I don't look like kind of sloppy even though I'm expecting :)
Here's my final look ^^ and to make your face fresher, tie up your hair to flaunt your fresh face.. I love side bun and I love to accessorise it with simple pretty head band ^^
Before I reveal what new products I used to get this look, first of all, I would like to thank my sponsors for sending me those awesome products ^^ Thank you so much, Freshkon for the green color Dezigner contact lenses, Clio Professional for the Kill Slim eyeliner and Diamond Beauty for sending me 20 over beauty products .. I'm really grateful and most of the stuff I received, I have given out half to my mother.. She's a big junkie of beauty masks, make up, skin care, etc HA-HA!!
I started with my green contact lenses, Freshkon Dezigner. These contact lenses are very comfortable to wear, the color is not scary and honestly it's kind of complementing my fair-pale skin complexion. A little advise: if you have fair-pale skin complexion, go for green contact lenses, never ever wear blue contact lenses, you will look paler..
After getting my base done, BB cream & loose powder, I applied this awesome peachy color - cream cheek by Diamond Beauty, since the cheek color product is creamy, I would recommend you to put a very little loose powder before putting on your cream cheek color, that is to prevent the flaky result, after all you are going for natural look, so there's no need to double up face powder ^^ Less = Natural ^^
The next step is pretty much the same with your regular make up step, fill in your eyebrow with eyebrow powder, a little eyeshadow, eyeliner & mascara
The nose powder by Diamond Beauty is another awesome product, it defines my nose bridge naturally and forget the brush, using my finger is much easier to apply on
When you go for natural look, don't forget the cream shadow. Mine is sponsored by Diamond Beauty. Natural look is about looking healthy, glowy & dewy.. You can use BB cream & cream cheek to achieve that beautiful dewy face, but how about your eyelids?? Go for cream shadow!! It will give you dewy look too (but on your eyelids instead :D )
You also want your eyeliner to look more natural, so my advise is go for a thinner brush liner! Clio Professional Kill Slim is a prefect option!!
Lastly, to compliment the whole natural look, go for peachy lip color.. I love my Etude House Lipstick the best, the color is kind of orangey but a little pinkish at the same time. Fresh & natural!! and it's great for pale complexion!
Final Fresh Look:
Remember girls, forget about your fake eyelashes, go for a very little black mascara!!

Just like him if it's a boy and if it's a girl....
If my little bun turns out to be a boy, I just want him to look like his father... Yes, exactly like his father please... I pray to God...
If I have a boy, I want him to have:
1) his daddy's thick eyebrows
2) his daddy's fierce lion eyes
3) his daddy's charming smile
Just like his Daddy....., please...
how if it's a girl...
I think I don't mind if she looks like me...
I don't mind she has my eyes or smile or both...
I keep day-dreaming every day, wondering if our little bun in my belly would look like his daddy or me??
What do you think??
My journey with "him" started with "IF"...
I'm so in "LOVE" mood, today I just want to shout this out... and I am smiling all day long... :)
"If 3 years ago, he didn't attend a lunch networking session, he wouldn't meet his then CEO, if he didn't meet him, he wouldn't join Pan Asian Water Solutions Ltd as their GM, if he didn't join them, he wouldn't be given the opportunity to manage Indonesia office, if he didn't manage Indonesia office, he wouldn't be attending Surabaya Water Exhibition, if he didn't attend the exhibition, he wouldn't visit Hyflux booth, if he didn't visit Hyflux booth, he wouldn't get to talk to me, If he didn't talk to me, he wouldn't have my number, if he didn't make initiative to call me, he wouldn't get to connect with me, if he didn't connect with me, he wouldn't get to bond with me, if he didn't get to bond with me, he wouldn't fall for me, if he didn't fall for me, he wouldn't engage with me, if he didn't engage with me, he wouldn't get married with me...
and if he didn't marry me, we wouldn't be expecting our first child...

15 weeks pregnant and I'm so in love!
Momma to be is here....
15 weeks pregnant and I'm so in love with my little bun! I love him/her more and more and more..
I went to my ultrasound check up yesterday, one day earlier because yesterday I was having nasty watery discharge and the discharge was more than usual. Worried about baby and freaked out if my water broke or something was broken inside, I called my clinic and went to see my doctor yesterday..
Before my 'water discharge' incident, I was sick last week, I went to see my GP twice for high fever & bad cough. And of course, worrying about baby, not my self anymore. Luckily I recovered fast after taking safe medication prescribed for pregnant woman like me :)
Back to my ultrasound......
Lying down, doppler on my belly, staring at monitor, heart beating fast, worrying my little bun...
Doctor said "Don't worry, everything looks fine and you've got lots of water in there" then he checked baby out "Baby is about 9 cm plus and here's the heartbeat. Good." What a relief!! Thanks God!!
And Thanks Thanks God, for the 'low risk' OSCAR test result for down syndrome.. I was very scared when the doctor was about to discuss the OSCAR test result because he looked very serious, I was like... "Oh, shit, don't tell me the bad news" Anyway, it's a big relief now!!
Morning sickness has totally gone and I'm back to 'the normal me' except I'm lots more heavier and I have my little baby bump!! I also gained 2 kg in one month.. I weigh about 66 kg right now :0
Talking about weight, I remember myself being so thin almost all the time.. A year ago, my weight was barely 56 kg, with BMI of 18, I was totally underweight for my 1.77 cm height. Being so thin was no good for me, I was fragile, weak & sick... Having surgery, staying in hospital made everything worse.. A few months after my surgery, I promised my self to be healthy, to eat more & to gain weight... to get the ideal BMI of 19, I wanted to get pregnant, so I needed to gain weight! Deal on, with my high motivation of being able to carry a baby, I gained 4 kg in a few months, I became more healthy, fertile, glowy and I looked better (my hair & skin was better too)
As expected, I conceived my little bun after gaining those healthy KGs.. I weighed 60 kg when I got pregnant for the first time and here I am, 66 kg and looking great!! Never ever wanted to look back at my 'skinny bony me' and will never regret if I'm going to balloon up to 75 kg at the end of my pregnancy.. This baby meant a world to me and I would never ever trade it for anything, not even my weight!! I'm going to be one happy fat momma and proud of my body, my curve, my cleavage!!
Here's my picture when I was very thin.. months before I conceived my little bun. I looked skeleton at 56 kg :( and when you see my next picture below, you will be surprised, HAHA!!
Back to pregnancy...
I hope next month at 19 weeks, I'm going to find out whether our bun is going to be a HE or a SHE, It doesn't matter HE or SHE, my little bun meant a world to me!
here's my little tiny baby bump!! Are you surprised? Try to compare my pictures above and below, non-pregnant & pregnant, my body is just very different. I'm a lot larger now!!
I still don't need maternity clothes, never say no, I may need to wear maternity dress next month, who knows!!
Overall, I think my face looks fine, no swelling nose or whatever :) and my complexion looks okay too with this pregnancy :) :) Double Happiness :) :)
Here's my baby side profile, although the ultrasound picture is not clear, my husband insists that our baby's face from the side, looks pretty much like me.. HEHE!!
Stretch Mark Cream, highly recommended by my gynae.. Twice every day!
My favourite chocolate milk. Twice a day, that explains why I gained so much weight.. I can't sleep soundly without having a glass of it!! Totally addicted!!
Until Next Time
